A Hairball named Hairball

He ended up looking pretty angry due to the coloring on his head looking like eyebrows The collar is a cuff from some of my mother's clothing, and the bell is from my found object collection (I have a drawer that I put various stuff I find that could function as accessories for plushes, but don't remember where I got them all from ). He's roughly 13" high.
